An exciting afternoon of tennis from our 8U Boys Mini Masters Finalists, with players ranging from 4 to 8 years old.

Our 8 finalists competed in 2 round robin boxes with top 2 players from each box qualifying to reach the semi-finals. After some competitive long rallies, Ayngaran came out on top to win the 8U Boys title, with Noah (who won the 9U boys title) coming in second.

The boys were then teamed up to play 2 rounds of doubles with Noah and Joel winning the doubles with Philip and Philip coming runners up. Despite being the first time playing doubles for some players, the players made a good effort to get to know their partners, trying different formations including volleying and intercepting shots.

Sadly the chilly conditions got the better of the courts in the morning and the girls have been delayed to Saturday 9th January.
