Martin Etheridge joined Middlesex in 2025, where he will support the implementation of our inclusive tennis and padel priorities, working closely with our venues and partners, such as the Queen's Club Foundation, to bring inclusive programming to life. His focus will be on coordinating efforts across Middlesex to create spaces where everyone feels welcome and empowered to engage with tennis and padel. Martin brings extensive experience in inclusion and disability sports, having served as Technical Head of the International Blind Tennis Association and contributed to the development of blind tennis. He has also been involved in wheelchair tennis, deaf tennis, and learning disability sports. Additionally, Martin has worked with the Badminton Line Judges Association and the Combined Counties Football League, where he managed volunteer referees and promoted inclusion across multiple sports.
