The 2018 Middlesex Tennis AGM

To be Held at the Queen’s Club on Wednesday 28th November 2018 at 7.00pm

The Annual General Meeting of Middlesex Tennis will be held in the Board Room at the Queen’s Club (Palliser Road, London W14 9EQ) commencing at 7.00pm on Wednesday 28th November 2018.  The members of the Management Board very much look forward to seeing you or your organisation’s other representatives there.

Middlesex Tennis would welcome new nominations for the Management Board and would encourage you to nominate any appropriate individuals. If you would like to do so, please send to the Secretary (email: jemimam8@aol.com) the name(s) of any people you would like to nominate as members of the Management Board in accordance with Rule 7 of the Middlesex Tennis Rules.  The content of Rule 7.2 is such that any nomination must be received by the Secretary before 21st November 2018.

1          Apologies for absence.

2          Approval of the minutes of the 2017 Annual General Meeting.            

3          Receipt of the Chairman's report.

4          Receipt of the County Office Team reports (Review of activities over the previous year).

5          Receipt and consideration of:

            (i) The accounts of Middlesex Tennis for the previous year

            (ii) Reports as to the financial position of Middlesex Tennis.

6          Election of the members of the Middlesex Tennis Management Board.

7          Election of Middlesex Tennis’ auditor/confirmation that the auditor shall remain in office for 2018 / 2019.
